Some days feel like like this...

fog--

no, not the kind that wraps around

heart and soul and paralyses

the kind that wraps around limbs and brain and makes the eyes heavy

mind numbing fatigue
that turns limbs into lead

fighting

words and actions that form as shadows 

then slip away--
that is life with chronic fatigue
