Wild Pink

I don't know the name of this little wild flower, but it looks like it a dianthus...possibly Dianthus armeria? They grow in our lawn and are one of the "weeds" that are taking over my sorely neglected garden. They flowers are tiny and you need to be up close and personal to be able to appreciate their beauty.

  1. Dianthus armeria it is: Deptford pink. Nice shot: they're hard to capture!

  2. It's so pretty.
Just wanted to pop by and thank you for visiting The Chicken Daily. No we didn't candle the eggs, just left her to it. Sadly we know at least one was fertile as ahe accidently stamped on it and broke the shell. Only a few days to go now, hopefully this weekend and all will be revealed. But you know what they say about not counting your chickens before they are hatched.
