Last Sky of 2011

The evening sky is reflected in the tiny pond across the road from us. This little pond is usually hidden from sight by tall weeds. This evening I caught a glimpse of the sky reflected in the water, so fought my way through the weeds to take a few photos. Click over to Dandelion Haven's facebook page to see  more photos of the little pond and sky from this evening.

Wishing you many beautiful skies, and peace and happiness in the New Year!

  9. Thanks everyone! We got the freezing rain on New Year's day. :) I planned to get out early and capture the first sunrise on Jan. 1st, but nature had other plans. On new year's eve the sun came out a few minutes before sunset, so I was lucky to get this photo, at least!

  10. Hi there – that’s a great sky!

I have changed job in the last few years - and yes the learning curve is steep - but, for me at least, its released a whole lot of other stuff that makes it easier to get out and have 'adventures' - hope the same happens for you.
